Handling, Rules, and How a Hand Flows
The process is familiar but kept tight. Our floor staff supervise the tables, everything’s under the camera, and each table handles chips and cash right there – or at the cage if you prefer a large exchange. To start playing, put your chips in the betting circle. The dealer hands everyone two cards, with one dealer card face up.
How you act: hand signals matter. Verbal calls are ignored by staff and cameras. When doubling down, you match your bet after the first two cards and get just one card. Splitting your pairs? That makes two hands. You’ll add a matching bet for the new hand. Re-splitting or doubling after a split sometimes allowed but check with the dealer for the current table.
Dealer’s showing an ace? Insurance becomes available – that extra bet pays 2:1 if the dealer hits a natural blackjack, but this isn’t favourable for most players in the long run.
Once the hand ends, winning bets get paid at once, and blackjacks (unless posted otherwise) pay 3:2. Pushes return your bet. Dealers pay winners in order, collecting lost bets first.

Table Manners and Etiquette
If you’re joining a table, wait for the current game to finish before sitting in. Get your chips and place them in the betting circle before the hand is dealt. If you need to leave, between hands is best – but there’s no hard rule.
Depending on how cards are dealt, you may or may not pick them up. Face-up games: don’t touch your cards. Just use hand signals. Face-down: you can touch, but keep both hands visible.
Usual hand gestures – tap to hit, wave to stand, stack your chips for double or splits. You must say what you’re doing and make it obvious.
No electronic gadgets at tables. Phones and tablets off the felt, no filming or snapping photos of play. Dealers and patrons deserve privacy. Any verbal abuse or bad behaviour gets you escorted out. That’s firm.
